Motivated daily by her passion for working with health care clients, Sophie Moore helps agency clients nimbly adapt to both issues and opportunities. From complex transactions and to centennial celebrations, Moore supports both corporately held and community-based providers, never losing site of the reality that health care is always local.
Moore’s background includes more than 15 years of public relations and communications experience supporting government agencies, nonprofit organizations, industry associations and publicly traded corporations across the health and health care industries. Prior to joining Lovell, Moore was director of community outreach and healthcare partnerships at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank where she led strategic communications and worked with health care systems to develop new channels of food distribution for people facing hunger. Moore also served as director of communications and public relations for Community Health Systems and as director of communications for the Nashville Health Care Council. She’s held communications roles at the State of Tennessee for the Department of Health, Department of Revenue and the First Lady’s Office. Moore began her career at Golin, an international public relations agency, specializing in the health care sector.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and human and organizational development, Moore maintains her trademark unwavering optimism while cheering on her beloved Commodores. She enjoys exploring new hiking trails and spending time on the water with her family.
