Jessica Hopson uncovers the pivotal role health care organizations play in their communities and develops strategies to help these organizations engage with their key stakeholders: physicians, employees, patients, referrers, community members, media and other audiences. Whether she is executing employee and patient recruitment campaigns, strengthening internal communications across multi-site health systems, promoting patient success stories or positioning a health organization as a leader in its community, Hopson works with clients to drive value and build brand loyalty.
Prior to joining the Lovell team, Hopson served as the director of marketing at Inbound Marketing Agents, where she specialized in creating digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for post-acute and behavioral health clients, among others, in both business-to-business and consumer-focused arenas. She previously worked in marketing and communications in the corporate and non-profit sectors, managing lead generation, email marketing and corporate events.
Hopson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Mississippi State University. She is active in several community and professional organizations, including the Junior League of Nashville and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. At home with her husband and two delightfully rambunctious dogs, she aspires to be a master ice cream maker and pasta creator.
