Lovell Communications Expands and Relocates to West End Corridor

Health care communications firm takes over fifth floor of iconic 3212 West End Ave building

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 1, 2019) – After more than 30 years in its original Green Hills location, Lovell Communications is relocating its Nashville headquarters to accommodate a growing staff, expanding services and a general need for additional workspace.

Lovell has leased and renovated the entire fifth floor of the building located at 3212 West End Avenue, nearly doubling its footprint and tripling the amount of conference and meeting space available to employees and guests. The renovation involved converting multiple offices into a consolidated suite, outfitting several meeting areas for video conferencing, updating an eat-in break room, outfitting an employee wellness area and building out a resource library and several huddle spaces. The new space also incorporates several energy-efficient features and security measures. Lovell employees and guests also enjoy secure parking, private restrooms, spectacular city views and a private rooftop terrace.

“The expanded space and contemporary design of our new offices feels like a breath of fresh air,” said Rosemary Plorin, president and CEO of Lovell Communications. “The increased conference space and technology enhancements allow us to host client meetings large and small, and our outdoor terrace makes for lovely breaks and social events. We are delighted to make West End Avenue our new home.”

Other notable tenants in the 3212 building include Lifeway Publishing and Baby+Co. The building, which is currently undergoing additional internal renovations, is owned and managed by Clearbrook Properties.
