Lovell Communications Hires Health Care Media Veteran Philip Betbeze, Promotes One

National health care strategic communications firm Lovell Communications has recruited Philip Betbeze, former senior editor with HealthLeaders Media, as senior advisor.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 10, 2018) – National health care strategic communications firm Lovell Communications has recruited Philip Betbeze, former senior editor with HealthLeaders Media, as senior advisor. In his new role, Betbeze will lead and support communications strategies for the firm’s national health care client base.

As one of the health care industry’s most respected journalists, Betbeze has covered emerging business models, analyzed financial trends, dissected federal policy and interviewed C-suite leadership throughout the industry. In addition to a decade and a half in editorial management at HealthLeaders, he was an editor at the Nashville Business Journal. His work has been recognized by the American Society of Business Publication Editors and the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors.

Lovell Communications also recently promoted Bailey Wimmer to account executive. In her new role, Wimmer assumes expanded account responsibilities and assists in the agency’s health care marketing, public relations and crisis communications services.
