Jan Puckett Morrison comes to Lovell Communications with a solid foundation in media relations, strategic planning and business and healthcare writing. She works with healthcare, education and other business clients on exposure within traditional and interactive media. She is also skilled at implementing online communications strategies such as search engine optimization and email newsletters.

Prior to joining the firm, Morrison wrote and produced www.NewsChannel5.com, part of the NewsChannel 5 Network in Nashville, Tenn. Before moving to Nashville, she worked at the University of Virginia Health System in the office of Public Relations, where she focused on media relations for nurses.

Morrison graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU) with a Bachelor of Journalism-Advertising, with an emphasis on public relations. While at MU, Morrison planned the strategic communications for the Missouri Veteran’s Association.
