Sam Prichard develops and executes strategic communication campaigns for Lovell clients, specializing in the areas of thought leadership, media relations and internal communications.
In her role as account supervisor, Prichard works with national providers to engage key stakeholders – patients, referral sources, partners and employees – through media relations, email marketing, employee surveys and other internal communications campaigns.
Through her thought leadership work she has helped establish authority for hospital consultants and suppliers in the marketplace, garnering media coverage in leading industry publications such as Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders, hfm and Becker’s Hospital Review, and securing editorial opportunities with leading industry influencers and websites.
Prior to joining Lovell, Prichard worked at two global public relations agencies: Rogers & Cowan and Weber Shandwick. She developed a strong interest in health care early on in her career with experiences working with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and City of Hope, a top-rated cancer treatment and research center in Southern California.
Prichard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her free time, she enjoys going to baseball games (Go Cubs!), trying out new recipes in the kitchen and hiking with her rescue pup Wrigley.
