With a deep interest in analytics and the power of data, Lisa Hayes brings her clients more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development in the health care, senior living, telecom and education industries. In her role as Senior Digital Strategist, she works with hospitals, health systems, senior living communities and behavioral health companies to build, execute and measure marketing strategies to build awareness, reach volume goals and grow revenues.
Her experience prior to joining Lovell includes director level positions in marketing strategy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Brookdale Senior Living and SaVida Health. Prior to entering the health care arena, Hayes held numerous B2B technical marketing and sales positions in Nashville and London within the telecom industry.
Graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in computer science, Lisa brings a more technical and analytical approach to marketing strategies using data analytics as the backbone to planning and evaluation. She is currently pursuing a professional certificate in data science from Harvard’s Extension School and is expected to complete the program in March 2021.
Lisa’s passion outside of work is traveling to see world heritage sites on as many continents as possible, playing classical piano as well as teaching local kids STEM skills to prepare them for future careers.
