As senior account executive, Kristy Lucero helps health care providers and suppliers develop and implement integrated communications strategies to enhance brand reputations and improve audience perceptions. She has particular expertise in digital engagement strategies including online reputation management, social media, SEO and email marketing.
Prior to joining Lovell, Lucero held public relations and marketing positions in Los Angeles and Nashville. She began her career in the communications department of the United Kingdom tourist board, where she helped promote the 2012 London Olympics. She gained agency experience working at global public relations firm Weber Shandwick on national health care accounts including City of Hope, Bausch & Lomb and MAKO Surgical. Lucero also worked at a brand strategy agency where she developed marketing strategies and led implementation for several client accounts in the health care, nonprofit and consumer industries.
Lucero graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she double-majored in Public Relations and Communication. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her three rescue animals and contributing to national food websites.
