Nashville-based health care strategic communications firm Lovell Communications has added Philip Betbeze, former senior editor with HealthLeaders Media, as senior advisor.
In addition, the company has promoted Alli Finkelston and Bailey Wimmer to account executives. In their new roles, Finkelston and Wimmer assume expanded account responsibilities and assist in the agency’s health care marketing, public relations and crisis communications services.
Betbeze has covered emerging business models, analyzed financial trends, dissected federal policy and interviewed C-suite leadership throughout the industry. In addition to spending about 15 years in editorial management at HealthLeaders, he was an editor at the Nashville Business Journal. His work has been recognized by the American Society of Business Publication Editors and the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors.
“For nearly two decades Philip Betbeze has been a trusted and highly regarded commentator on our nation’s health care industry,” Rosemary Plorin, president and CEO of Lovell Communications, said in a release. “His deep knowledge, keen insights and vast industry relationships will be an asset to our firm and our clients across the country.”
