creative campaign increases web traffic by more than 435 percent
Nashville’s Alive Hospice needed a creative way to celebrate its 30th Anniversary, as well as nurture relationships with friends and donors.
Lovell developed a campaign entitled Angels of Alive Hospice - Friends for Life. At the forefront of the campaign are angel drawings created by celebrities with Nashville ties, such as Peyton Manning, Amy Grant and Kenny Chesney. For the holiday season, the angels were reproduced on cards and ornaments and sold throughout Middle Tennessee and online. The original art was also auctioned off online. Because of limited resources, Lovell decided to provide public relations support at a discount. Lovell also leveraged its relationships with its graphic designers and potential Alive Hospice stakeholders for maximum support at minimum cost.
The campaign generated more than 75,000 hits to Alive Hospice's web site in just four months (an increase or more than 435 percent in December alone). Lovell also secured 65 online, print and television placements reaching a known audience of six million people, not counting the reach of the numerous web placements. In addition, the campaign generated approximately $50,000 in revenue, covering all campaign costs and our fees and produced an unexpected $5,000 for Alive Hospice.
"It’s fabulous to have Lovell’s creative energy and their ability to recruit such impressive and influential supporters of Alive Hospice.”

"In your original presentation, you sold the fact that Lovell was results driven. Are you ever! In 15 short months, Lockton-Tennessee, through your efforts, received not only local, but national attention that we could have never accomplished on our own. No Lockton office, including our headquarters in Kansas City, has seen such immediate results. And, believe me, they have spent a great deal more time and money in their attempts than we did... Once again Paula, thank you for displaying a level of customer service that is unmatched."
