Since opening in 1988, Lovell Communications has easily managed more than 1,000 crises for our clients.  In each case Lovell has coordinated with the client, their legal counsel and the appropriate officials to accurately assess the situation, identify key stakeholders and develop carefully considered messages.  Communications efforts are designed to minimize harmful media coverage, limit negative impact within the community and among customers, and help retain or rebuild credibility and trust.

As part of its crisis communications practice, Lovell believes in the importance of analyzing and anticipating potential crisis situations. We train key personnel to communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences and develop contingency and crisis plans for each client.
