Lovell Communications Wins Nine Awards

NASHVILLE, Tenn (July 14, 2006) – Lovell Communications Inc. (LCI) was honored with nine local, state and national awards for strategic marketing and communications campaigns clients during the second quarter of 2006. 

LCI’s campaign for Alive Hospice’s 30th anniversary, Angels of Alive Hospice, was awarded a Parthenon Award for nonprofit communications from the Public Relations Society of America.

The Alive Hospice campaign also earned three PRISM Awards from the Tennessee Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations in the areas of displays, external PR programs and marketing programs.

The Every Day-Every Decision-Our Code of Conduct program LCI created for Ardent Health Services won a Bronze Award for employee communications programs in Healthcare Marketing Report’s annual Healthcare Advertising Awards and the national organization awarded Angels of Alive Hospice a Silver Award for total public relations program.

The firm also earned three Gold Pen Awards, presented by the Nashville chapter of the International Association for Business Communicators (IABC): two for Angels of Alive Hospice in the areas of community relations/public service and marketing communications and a bronze award in the area of consumer marketing for a heart campaign created for The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.
